Return and Refund Policy
At Melashy World, we strive to offer high-quality products. Due to the nature of our items, the following conditions apply:
1. Final Sales
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the cases detailed below.
2. Cancellations
You have a 48-hour period from the time of purchase to cancel any order, as long as it has not been shipped. This policy applies to all orders, including pre-order items. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or in-store pickup.
To process the claim, the following is required:
- Photo or video evidence of the damage
- Original packaging
- Proof of purchase
Once the case is reviewed, we may offer:
- Replacement of the item (if available), or
- Store credit
4. Non-Eligible Products for Return or Refund
Returns and refunds are not accepted in the following cases:
- Damage caused by customer misuse or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Opened, used, or missing original packaging items
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
- Customized services or made-to-order items
5. Incorrect Orders (Customer Error)
Changes can be made to an order as long as it has not been completed or shipped. If the change requires a refund, it must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, changes will not be possible.
6. Deposits and Custom Orders
All deposits are non-refundable. Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.
7. Refunds (If Applicable)
In approved cases, refunds will be issued according to the customer's preference in one of the following forms:
- Store credit
- Product replacement
- Original payment method
8. Processing Time
Requests may take between 3 to 7 business days to be reviewed and processed.
