Shipping Policy
Orders that include both regular and pre-order items will be shipped or fulfilled together once all items are available.
In-Store Pickup
Items are generally ready for pickup within 24 hours after the order is placed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. From that moment, the item will be held in-store for a maximum of 3 weeks. If it is not collected within this period, the right to the merchandise will be forfeited and a partial refund will be issued.
Shipping
Our standard shipping timeframe is 2 to 5 business days. During peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended.
Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect shipping address when placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@melashyworld.com.
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional fee will be charged to cover reshipping costs. If you prefer not to have the package resent, you may pick it up in-store. No cancellations or refunds are issued for orders with incorrect addresses.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, delivery time depends on the official release date. After release, shipping may take:
- Albums and POBs: 1 to 3 weeks after release
- Collectible items: 4 to 5 weeks after release
Please note that these timeframes include order processing, shipping, and customs clearance, as all products are imported from Korea or Japan.
