Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in exceptional circumstances.

Exceptions:
In the case of defective, damaged, or incomplete products, the consumer has the right to return the item within 7 days from the date of purchase, with the purchase receipt. Requests will be evaluated individually.

Video: Although not mandatory, we recommend submitting an unboxing video if possible. This will help us better understand the issue and speed up the process.

Return Conditions: If your return request is approved, you must return the product within 10 days, in the same condition as received (unused, with original packaging).

Refunds:
Once the return is approved, we will proceed with a full or partial refund, depending on the evaluation. The refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take 7 to 15 days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

• The return period has expired.

• Products damaged by the buyer.

• Products with minor scratches or dirt on the contents (albums, magazines, etc.) caused by the distribution process.

• The outer box of the product is meant to protect the inclusions, and contamination or damages that occur during distribution are not valid reasons for return or exchange.

• Health, beauty, or food products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy

You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel any order, as long as the order has not been shipped. This policy applies to all orders, including pre-sale items. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
