Order and Pickup Policy

Orders with regular items and pre-orders:
Orders containing both regular items and pre-order items will be shipped or delivered together once all products are available.

In-store Pickup:
Items are generally ready for pickup within 24 hours of placing the order. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. From that moment, the item will be held in-store for a maximum of 3 weeks. If not picked up within that timeframe, the right to the merchandise is forfeited, and a partial refund will be issued.

Shipping:
Our standard shipping timeframe is 2 to 5 business days. During peak seasons, this timeframe may be affected, and shipping may take a little longer.

Address Change:
If you entered an incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@melashyworld.com.

Incorrect Address:
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional charge for the reshipping cost will apply. If you prefer not to have the package resent, you can choose to pick it up in-store. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to an incorrect address.

Pre-orders:
For pre-order items, the delivery time depends on the release date. After that date, shipping can take between 1 and 3 weeks for albums and POBs. For collectible items, the delivery time may range from 4 to 5 weeks. Please note that these times include order processing, shipping, and customs clearance, as all our products are imported from Korea or Japan.
