Final Sales
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, exchanges or returns are not possible, except in specific circumstances. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
In-Store Pickup
Items will generally be ready for in-store pickup the same day or the following day, as long as it is within our business hours. Products will be held in-store for a maximum of 3 weeks. After this period, the right to the merchandise is forfeited and an additional fee will apply.
Custom Services
Our custom services must be coordinated directly with our staff, either through messages, email, or in-store. For these services, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total purchase value is required at the time the order is placed. This deposit is NOT refundable. Custom orders CANNOT be canceled.
Layaway (In-Store Only)
Layaway is only available in our physical store and is subject to the following conditions:
- For items (excluding lightsticks), a minimum initial deposit of 20% of the total is required.
- For lightsticks, the minimum initial deposit is 50%.
- Customers have a maximum of 3 weeks to pick up the merchandise. If it is not picked up within this period, the right to the merchandise is forfeited.
- The deposit is not refundable.
